Kun oli selvää, että häät järjestetään, piti alkaa miettiä rahamäärää, joka olisi mahdollista häihin käyttää. Päivästä tottakai haluaa ikimuistettavan, mutta kohtuullisin kustannuksin. Häiden jälkeen voin julkaista postauksen, että mitä asiat tulivat maksamaan ja miten budjetti piti.
Ajatus on, että tästä selviäisi alle 5000 eurolla. Kuluja seuraan hääexcelissä, jossa on omat osiot kaikelle mahdolliselle. Excelini sisältää jo to do-listat, kulubudjetin (kokonaisbudjetin ja osabudjetit), vieraslistat osoitteineen, paikkakartan, soittolistaa yms…. Hääexcel on todella hyvä ja suosittelen kaikkia sellaisen laatimaan. Pohjia löytyy netistä ja hääsivustoilta useita ja niitä voi muokata omiin tarpeisiin.
Hääasusteet
Hääasusteeni ovat melkein kasassa, enää alusvaatteet puuttuvat. Tähän mennessä pukuuni ja asusteisiini on mennyt rahaa 775€. Tämä summa sisältää puvun korjauksineen, hunnun, turkisstoolan, alushameen, kengät, tiaran, korut ja pussukan. Mielestäni olen selvinnyt oikein kohtuullisin kustannuksin. Suurena apuna oli tietysti puvun löytyminen hyvin edulliseen hintaan.
Korut ja pussukka on saatu lainaksi ystäviltä. Sovimme mieheni kanssa, että kummatkin maksavat itse omat hääasunsa. Itse pysyin hienosti miettimässäni rahamäärässä, kun toivoin löytäväni puvun 500-800 eurolla. Todennäköisesti miehen häälookiin tulee menemään saman verran rahaa kuin minunkin.
Kutsut
Hääkutsut askartelin itse. Tarvikkeisiin sekä kuoriin meni rahaa noin 50 euroa. Tarvikkeita vielä jäi runsaasti yli, joten saan varmaankin pitkälle tehtyä pöytäkortteja, paikkakortteja ja pöytänumeroita niistä. Postituksessa säästämme ja toimitamme henkilökohtaisesti ne kutsut, mitkä suinkin voimme. Kutsuista tuli mielestäni tosi kivat ja niiden myötä alkaa häiden visuaalinen ilme muotoutua.
Koristeet
Olen liittynyt useaan hääkirpputori-ryhmään ja aion sieltä bongailla vielä vähän lisää koristeita ja valoja juhlaamme. Kaitaliinoja ja muutamia koristeita olen ostanut tähän mennessä 90 eurolla. Häätila on jo itsessään kaunis ja siksi sinne ei tule tarvitsemaan paljoa koristusta. Läheinen joulun aika helpottaa, koska kauniita joulukoristeita ja sesonkikukkia voi käyttää somistuksessa. Pöytiin tulee kukkia, valosarjoja ja tuikkuja.
Teemavärimme punainen, kulta ja valkoinen sopivat hyvin vuodenaikaan. Minulla on paljon tuikkukippoja ja muutakin hyödynnettävää varmasti löytyy ihan kotoakin. Monesti olen ollut jo klikkailemassa kaiken maailman koristeita itselleni, mutta sitten olen muistutellut, että katsoisin ensin omat komerot… Somisteita ehtii kyllä vielä hankkia lähempänä lisää, jos todella tarvitsee. Kirkkoon emme laita mitään koristusta.
Hääkaari on vielä suunnitteluasteella. Siihen pitäisi tilata yläosa, mutta sitä voisimme hyödyntää kotonamme myöhemmin. Luultavasti hääkaareen sopivaa puutavaraa löytyy ihan kotoakin.
Kauneus
Hääkampaukseni tulee maksaamaan noin 150€ sisältäen koekampauksen. Meikkiin menee 80€ ja siinäkin on koemeikki mukana. Lisäksi kauneusrahaa käytän kynsiin ja kulmien muotoiluun. Mieleni tekisi hääviikolle varata itselleni muutama kauneushoito tai hieronta, että olisi vähän jotain extrahemmottelua varmasti jännittävälle hääviikolle. Häätuoksun ostin laivalta ja sain sen halvemmalla kuin maista. Ajatuksenani on, että sitä voisi sitten käyttää aina hääpäivänä ja palata tuoksun kautta muistoihin.
Hääkimppuun olen budjetoinut 100€, mutta tämä voi olla alakanttiin. Seuraavana to do-listalla olisikin tilata hääkukat. Kimpusta on jo monta ajatusta ja välillä olen miettinyt rannekukkaakin kimpun sijaan. Sulhaselle tulee jonkinlainen viehe mahdollisesti.
Ruoka ja juoma
Hääruoat tulemme valmistamaan itse kakkuja myöten. Tähän osioon olemme ohjanneet eniten rahaa. Menu on mietitty melko yksinkertaiseksi, mutta maukkaaksi. Aiomme tarjota lihaa muutamalla salaatilla ja lisukkeella ruokavaliot huomioiden. Mieleni tekisi tarjota myös kalaa, mutta se alkaa olla jo melko kallista, jos ei hyvää tarjousta osu kohdalle.
Juhlapaikallamme on hyvä iso keittiö ja pääsemme jo torstaina puuhaamaan siellä. Kuivatarvikkeita ja juomia pystyisi alkamaan jo ostamaan varastoon, niin summa ei sitten kerralla olisi niin suuri. Olen hääexceliini tehnyt ruokalaskurin, jota sitten täytän kun vierasmäärä alkaa olla selvillä. Ruokalaskuriin laitan reseptit painomittoineen. Ruokalaskuriin voi täyttää hintoja ja se laskee siten myös hankittavia määriä per aines henkilömäärän mukaan. Kokkaamme tietysti häämenun vielä lävitse ja tarkastamme annoskokoja, ettei tule tehty ylenmäärin ylimääräistä.
Tykkään leipomisesta ja odotan jo innolla hääkakkujen tekoa. Kakkujen lisäksi ajattelimme tarjota karkkeja ja keksejä. Karkkeja ja keksejä voisi ostella varastoon tarjousten perusteella. Itse tehdyissä hääkakuissa on säästömahdollisuus. Kakkujen tekeminen vie kyllä aikaa, mutta siihen olen varautunut.
Missä säästämme?
Juhlapaikkamme sijatsee onneksi kirkon läheisyydessä, joten siirtymiset eivät vie aikaa ja rahaa. Emme tarvitse erillistä hääautoa, kun kuljemme kulkueessa kirkosta hääpaikalle. Juhlapaikkamme astioineen on myös todella edullinen ja sijaitsee lähellä kotiamme.
Juhlaamme ei tule bändiä, vaan musiikin teemme soittolistoilla ja mahdollisesti karaokella. Häätanssiin saamme live-säestyksen ystävältä. Yritän hankinnoissani hyödyntää paikallisia palveluntarjoajia ja siitä syystä hintakin voi olla edullisempi kuin isommista kaupungeista ostettuna. Valokuvauksessa säästämme myös. Tarjoilutiimiin saamme ihanasti kavereita auttamaan.
Sormuksiin emme laita paljoakaan rahaa. Sulhanen käyttää vanhaa sormusta, jota modataan todennäköisesti hieman. Itselläni on hieno kihlasormus ja sen rinnalle sopii yksinkertaisempi vihkisormus. Alunperin olisin tahtonut teettää vanhempieni sormuksista vihkisormuksen, mutta soviteltuani sormuksia, miettimäni tyyli ei välttämättä näytä kauniilta kihlan vieressä. Tahtoisin kuitenkin käyttää sormuksia yhtäaikaa.
