Onko ne pienet yksityiskohdat niin tärkeitä
Jostain syystä koko tämä alkanut vuosi on kulunut jotenkin tahmeasti, suureksi osaksi aikaani on vienyt työ ja työmatkat. Töissä on kiirettä ja siihen kaiken aikansa laittaminen heijastuu kyllä omaan jaksamiseen, ei vain ole ollut voimia hoitaa kotia, parisuhdetta, koiranpentua ja kaverisuhteita. En tiedä onko meneillään nyt joku kevätuupumus tai jotain muuta, mutta omat voimavarat ovat olleet melko vähissä. Hääsuunnittelukaan ei ole oikein maistunut nyt. Lisäksi hääpaikan ennakkomaksu kun kilahti sähköpostiin, iski ahdistus rahanmenostakin. Tonneja sinne ja tonneja tänne. Huhhuh.

Pääsyy miksi aihe on vaivannut minua nyt pidemmän aikaa, on oma näkemykseni kehonkuvaani ja sen muutoksiin. Ymmärrän ja tajuan, että keho muuttuu ajanmittaa sekä vanhetessa ja se on täysin normaalia. Kuitenkin näen edessäni mielikuvan itsestäni hehkeänä morsiamena syyskuun auringossa ja nykyinen olemukseni ei jotenkin istu täysin siihen mielikuvaan.
Hääkuntoon syksyllä 2022??
Syyskuu lähestyy ja kehoahdistus on ottanut vallan minusta. Mahdunko enää vuosi sitten ostamaan häämekkooni? Tulenko näyttämään säteilevältä morsiamelta hääpäivänä? Onnistunko kuvissa? Näytänkö onnelliselta morsiamelta? Tulenko olemaan tyytyväinen kuviin jälkikäteen? Mitä muut ajattelevat?
Nämä ajatukset ovat pyörineet kaiken muun lisäksi mielessäni, tekisi mieli aloittaa häädieetti, detoxkuuri, nälkälakko, kehorääkkäys, himourheilu ja samalla vain maata sohvalla katsoen Netflixiä. Ajatukset ovat todella ristiriistaisia. Ja tiedän ettei edellä mainitut keinot ainakaan tervettä lopputulosta saa aikaiseksi. On vain lähinnä jo huvittavaa miten, silloin kun yksi asia tuntuu mättävän niin kaikki muutkin asiat menee pieleen. Tai ainakin siltä tuntuu.
Onneksi pahimman päänsisäisen myrskyn laannuttua, olen alkanut ajattelemaan järkevästi. Instagramin puolella muutama ihana kommentoikin, että oli aloittanut elämäntapamuutoksen ja häät toimivat hyvänä motivaattorina siinä! Mikä ihana ja terve ajatus! Aion itsekin aloittaa pienin askelin etenemään prosessissa, syödä terveellisesti, herkutellen välillä ja liikkuen minulle mieluisalla tavalla. Kyllä minusta se kaunis, hehkuva syyskuun morsian vielä kuoritaan esille!
Tämä kirjoitus oli täynnä ajatusvirtaa, olin säilönyt kirjoitusta jo muutaman päivän. Osan tekstistä ehdin pyyhkiä, kirjoittaa uudelleen ja pyyhkiä taas, lopulta aloin vain naputtamaan mitä mielen päällä oli.

Syyskuussatahdomme
Samaistun moniin kuvaamiisi ajatuksiin. Vaikka häiden järjestäminen tuottaa minulle suurta mielihyvää, aika ajoin muu elämä on ollut niin väsyttävää, etten ole jaksanut miettiä häitä ollenkaan. Muun elämän kuormitus vaikutti myös siihen, että siirsimme häitämme vielä toisenkin kerran ensi kesälle. Olen todella kiitollinen siirtä, että päädyimme siirtämään häitä, sillä olin loppukeväästä ja kesällä 2020 ja uudestaan samaan aikaan 2021 niin kuormittunut muun elämän vuoksi, etten olisi pystynyt nauttimaan häiden järjestämisestä.
Myös häävartaloasiaa olen miettinyt aika paljon. En ole viime vuosina harrastanut juurikaan liikuntaa, ja syöminenkin on ollut selvästi epäterveellisempää kuin ennen lastemme syntymää. Haluaisin muuttaa noita asioita ihan muutenkin kuin häiden vuoksi, mutta minun on helpompi motivoitua tekemään muutoksia, kun ajattelen tekeväni sen häitä varten. Olen pohtinut blogipostausta aiheesta, mutta kuten sinäkin instassa kerroit, pelkäsin postauksen aiheuttamia reaktioita. On hienoa, että nykyään korostetaan kehopositiivisuutta, mutta sen varjopuoli saattaa olla se, että omaan ulkonäköön liittyvistä negatiivisista ajatuksista puhuminen voi tuntua tabulta. Mutta kuten kirjoitit, ajatusista puhuminen tai kirjoittaminen voi kuitenkin olla avuksi, joten sen ei pitäisi olla tabu.
